In order to comply with carrier policies in handling heavy or large items, our gears are mailed out in single packages. An individual package might be picked up by different carrier trucks and delivered separately. When purchasing multiple items, please be prepared to receive packages in different time segments. To avoid confusion, please refer to your order confirmation email for a complete list.
Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out.
