Placing an order

Once your order is paid for, we will begin the shipping process right away. You can still request to cancel an unwanted item by reaching out to via live chat or by writing an email to service@portaloutdoors.com . However, if a product is in the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.

- Once the order has been shipped, no re-routing will be possible. You can try to reach out to the shipping company and ask for a re-routing, however, we can’t assure you that a re-routing is possible. Warranty & Repair

All the products in our shop has 1 year for warranty since purchased.
If a Portal Outdoors product covered by one of these warranty options qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product without charge. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Look more by our warranty Policy.
